How can we best learn from each other without offending each other? I think that respect for others is important. Do you agree?

Yes, I do agree. Everyone should be respected. You can disagree with someone and still respect them. Also, I think a lot of people today need to learn the difference between "being offended" and simply being told something they don't want to hear. I think you can answer someone's question or disagree with someone without being cruel or rude. You can make your point and still show common courtesy and respect for others.

Absolutely. We can learn from each other you just have to get past the ones that want to be sarcastic all the time. It's better to tell someone that's an interesting question rather then you're so full of crap your eyes are brown. So I agree with you.

respect is definitely important...i think some people are just jerks or like to get a rise out of others....you just have to ignore them

Respect is important... but to be honest... I am not going to change the way I ask, or answer my questions for anyone.
