When using Outlook 2003, How do I send an email to hundreds...?

...of recipients without people being able to see other emails of recipients? Let me rephrase. I am building a website for my business, and using Publisher, I would like to send an email letter with my business website to hundreds of companies. The only problem is that I can't reasonably do each one individually. So, is there a way that I can send this email letter to hundreds of people and not have anyone view the other peron's email address? When emails are forwarded or sent to more than one recipient, all email addresses are visible to everyone. I want to avoid that. Thank you.

I guarantee if you send bulk advertising to "hundreds of companies" your mail will be reported as spam, and this could cause you grief in the long run.
Take the time to personalize each email to each business. Shortcuts like the one you propose will only hurt you.

first off, you are only allowed to send 50 recipients (or a total of 10MB) per send. Exceeding 50 could be considered as spam.

Now, if you don'w want the recipients to view the addresses of the others, instead of typing their address on the "TO" field, use the "BCC".... under "TO", just type in your email address.

ex.
FROM: [e-mail]
TO : [e-mail]
BCC : type in all the email address of the 50 recipents.

once you send it, the mail will be sent back to you but don't worry about it. It's understandable bec. you put your name on the "TO" field.

Almost all email carriers will shut down your account immediately if you do that. Verizon will for sure. You can send up to like 150 emails a day. Any more & you violate the terms & conditions of using their services.
