This guy offered me Josh Smith for Caron Butler. Should I do it?

Butler gets more points with better shooting %, much better ft %. And this season anyway equal Rebs. He's also huge in steals. Only thing Smith gives you more of is blocks, but it's a pretty big advantage he's getting 2.4 pg and a nice 1.4 stls per game. Unless Blocks are Whats beating you I wouldnt do that deal.

Well, if i am you, I will reject the trade.
1: Caron Butler's stat is very well in this season. Although Josh Smith is also good, he is not as steady as Caron Butler.
2: For this season, finding a PG or G who get a good stat is not so difficult. However, it is very difficult to find a powerful PF or C. According to your lineup, only Boozer get a good stat in PF or C. That's why you should not trade Bulter out.
3: J. Smith's stat is similar to JR Smith, Ruben Patterson, or even TJ Ford. That's no reason for you to accquire one more similar player in your lineup.
4: Powerful PF or powerful C is an extremely valuable assets. You can use it to trade a better player.

I say definitely Josh Smith's stats are steadily increasing, him being a star player of the Atlanta Hawks. Its really up to you though just make sure you do some further research on Josh Smith before u listen to me and before u trade dOb (thumbs up)

No way ... Marvin Williams has come back for the Hawks and is taking some of Smith's points away. Butler is playing well and you should stick with him.

If you are good on steals without Butler then go with the trade. I have Butler just for his steals but if you have enough with the rest of your guys then go for the trade. All depends on what stats you need.

your team is ok but the smith for butler trade would be horrible and get rid of JR smith cause he got in the fight, livingston get him off along with andrea and mourning
