I believe all you have to do is just delete your internet history. Go into Tools> Options>, and if you're using Internet Explorer the first window that pops up- under "Temporary Internet Files" you can click on the button that says "Delete Files." Then under that, "History," click on "ClearHistory."
If you want to disable or clear the "Auto-Complete" function (when you begin typing a URL and the address bar finishes it for you as a 'suggestion',) just click on the "Content" tab and then the last section where it says "Auto-Complete" you will click on that button. Check or un-check the boxes that you wish, make sure you click on "Apply" at the bottom of the window and then "Okay." That should do it for you.

open control panel open internet settings and then clear history then the all web sites u visited will be deleted. There is no way to delete peremenantly

if you want to permentaly block a site from access go to internet options security tab sites tab and list it in the blocked section
