ok, i just turned 28 wks today, and lately after i have gotten out of my showers i notice a clear liquid coming from my right breast and only this one...has any body else had this??? it made me worry a bit, i think i remember reading somewhere that it can happen, but is it normal to happen this early, and could the warm shower water be whats trigering it to leak???

Also, when im sitting or walking it feels like the baby's hand is punching through my cervix, he may not be but thats what it feels like, and it really hurts...

anyways as you can tell im a first time mom, and thanks for the answers!!!

Yes, it is perfectly normal. I am currently 27 weeks pregnant and leaking also. You might want to get some breast pads to put in your bra because it could lead to some embarrassment. The hot shower will definitely do that to you. Wait until after you have the baby...the hot shower will be your best friend! And it is going to feel like the baby is kicking everything in your body. It's also normal. Not amusing in any way, but normal. Congrats and I hope the rest of your pregnancy goes well!

Congrats on being a first time Mommy! I would have known even if you hadn't told us;)
The above is all very normal. Yes it's from the shower, just wait until after baby is born! It gets a lot worse.
Also when baby is around the 35 wk mark it feels like they have eight legs. Two to kick you with, 1 to jab into your ribs 3 to stomp on your bladder and the last two are already trying to find the way out. So some discomfort at this stage is very normal.

Good luck!.

Both very normal. I'm 18 weeks and expecting the leaky breast at anytime (have experience with this from my last 2 pregnancies). Breast pads will be a life saver. Also, get use to the kicks and punches...it's only going to worse as the baby gets bigger. Hang in there!

Yes, the leaking is normal, probably the warm shower is the trigger.
When I was carrying my daughter I was convinced she already had teeth and was gnawing on my ribs. Never did find out just what it was she was doing, she was not born with teeth.
Sometimes you can give the baby a little shove, just enough to distract it, and they will poke you somewhere else, hopefully a spot not so sensitive.

Yes it is normal to have breast leakage even at 28 weeks. do not panic that only one is leaking, that is normal too. NOW-- if your cervix are hurting you that bad, then i would suggest you make a Dr. appt. very soon. maybe the baby is just pushing down real hard or the way it is laying, but i would rather be safe than sorry.

Yeah it's normal for you to be leaking fluids from your breasts this early. The warmth and stimulation from the shower causes the breasts to produce a liquid and expel it. Completely normal you shouldn't worry about a thing!

The clear liquid is called colostrum and it is normal and it is also normal to have that kind of pain down there...it is caused from the baby moving and pushing against your cervix

well, it's normal b4 birth definetly , to have leaking nipples....even this early.....as for the pain, u should see your obgyn just to double check, but i had all sorts of those pains too, and it was 'normal', they say it's just the weight of the baby and the changes in your body....in any case, i'd check with the doctor if you're concerned, they will never turn u away! All concerns are serious, and they will listen.

Hi, Congrats!
I'm almost 5 mnths, I've been reading that it's normal to have some 'colostrum' leaking before birth, it's a kind of pre-milk thats watery.

Some women start leaking fluid (colustrum to be exact) prior to birth while other don't until after giving birth...either is normal.
