My mother was a church going god fearing woman. She is a good person, and as kind as you could imagine. Yet, she would have psychic dreams and visions. She was terrified to share them because she thought she would go to hell. But you know what? ITS A GIFT! A GIFT FROM GOD! With it she has helped people gain hope, who have lost it, and has dramatically help people make peace with the loss of their loved ones. I don't need a book to tell me whats wrong and right. I know what my eyes see. Oh and as for God fearing...what a strange thing. I always thought of God as a friend or a teacher, why would I fear a teacher or a friend? Tarot cards is just a way to look into the spiritual world, they are just the beginner's tools, the strong ones don't need them.

Yes definitly! Having your tarot read is the modern day version of consulting your oracle. As you would know jesus was in constant contact with his oracle "God" or if you want to be personal his dad. A lot of people brush away the power of an oracle thinking the it is all just a load of crap. But if you are recommended to someone by a friend, u you should trust your recommendation. Magic is a part of christianity, take the nativity scene for example. The 3 (kings) wise men must have had an oracle or an understanding of astronomy because the stars told them about the birth of jesus, they followed the star to find him. It is important to remember that the majority of tarot readers are believers in good not bad! They have the same morals as you and believe in the good loving god like you do, they just practise their faith on a personal level not on a group level. If you look at the reasons of why jesus turned the table, you will see why they practise alone. Jesus didn't want a church that profits, he didn't want a church to sell things. Jesus didn't want the church to be the fear god church that it is today. You must remember that there are so many different paths to enlightenment and god excepts all that reach the enlightenment required to sit with him. Here is something for you to think about! If god cast the devil down from heaven, does that mean that god created devil and that devil worshipers are actually worshiping god? Don't be afraid of things that you don't understand, understand them and then make your decision!

A BIG NO!.. Tarot cards and readings is (witchcraft.. ) You should not give in volved in Tarot readings or anything like that..

If you do, you'll be opening yourself to things that could hurt you.. There are demons that waiting for you to try them.. And the first part is to get your interust in it, then with out you knowing your hooked, by the time your hooked, the Devil has you where he wants you.. And then you be decieved in the lies a deception of the enemy..

So for my advice is to leave them alone.. Do not open yourself to them.. Because once your hooked, then you'll get the feeling, (Oh it not that bad.. I'm not getting hurt by them..) But, the Bible says to stay away from them.. (If you read your Bible)..

I'm not going to tell you what to do, just trying to keep you from getting hurt, spiritually..

Trust me, I know.. Maybe I should tell you about my exsperience..

One time it was before I became a Christian,(I'm not going to preach, just given you what happens)

But anyways, we had this thing call Caballa, (Not sure how to spell it) It glowed in the dark, with a ball thing that goes in this smooth groove, with a place where you put your fingures, and in the middle there was this big Eye things that glowed also..

Well, we played around with it, the first round was nothing, 2nd round nothing.. We kept asking questions.. Then the eye moved towards my way.. Then the question was, what kind of things can you show me, and would it be possible.. And the ball went into a yes slot.. And it was the most scariest thing, I told the my sisters, I was done... We all put the thing away..

Then, about a week or so later.. I started to see things, like shadows moving.. Faces, in the dark.. Hear things in another room, when no one was there.. I felt like a dark cloud was over my head, filled with fear, scared to go to sleep at night, thinking I was going to see those faces again.. And I did, almost everynight.. I even seen a white ghost, in the livingroom, that walk towards the hallway, towards my room.. Then disappeared when some got up and went to the livingroom.. I heard noises of a growning, voises that weren't from any where and no one was up..

Everywhere I looked I saw faces, and they weren't from God.. They were demons.. Harrassing demons.. They came out of that Caballa.. Because before then I didn't have that problem.. (That was in 1973, about that time).. We all threw it away into the trash..

So stay way from those tarot cards/readings.. Ok.. Just trying to warn you.. No preaching here..

Ok..

That's all I have to say about it...

Yes. Dont listen to some ppl who say its a waste of time. take it from me it isn't. My husband does those and every reading I have ever recieved from him has come true! Alot of ppl believe it is another form of magic and therefore evil....it's not! And niether is magic for that matter. Magic is niether good nor evil...it's nutral. It all depends on the person attempting to use it. Tarot readers are simply tapping into the very fabric of life. They don't tell the future...only give you the most possible outcome. Kind of a heads up in a way so that you have a better chance at avoiding anything that may go wrong. Life is all about choices...OUR choices. No one can really tell the future persay as it is not an exact science. Every choice we make changes our future path. whether only a little or alot...it all depends on you. Don't worry, you won't go to hell or anything. just be careful who you tell. You may get alot of negative reactions because many people these days are just ignorant. People can be very judgemental...especially in the christian like religions....No offense intended. alot of ppl are true to the way they are supposed to be according to their own religion. However, there are also alot of christians(ect.) out there that give all others a bad name. I really hope this helps. and I wish you a Very Merry Christmas!!

There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch. Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
Deuteronomy (18:10,11) King James version.

Astrology, channeling, Ouija boards, predicting the future, and much else is forbidden. The author of Deuteronomy does not argue that such practices fail to deliver what they promise. But they are "abominations" - perhaps suitable for other nations, but not for the followers of God.

First the bible warns against seeking their advice because it will test your faith. Which I have found to be very true. From personal experience i once had a very blind faith in christianity. this faith comes pretty naturally if you were raised in a god fearing family which I was. At one time I was very depressed and sought out the advice of a psychic that my friend reccommended. The information that she gave me was very specific as to what was happening in my life at that time. She went as far as telling how many businesses I ran, that my husband had another child, and made many predictions on my life that are now still coming to pass. It tested my faith terribly. I find it very hard to believe things which I used to believe whole heartedly. I would suggest that if you do not want to lose your faith and come to a point where it is impossible or extremely hard for you to believe your religion then I would stay away from this type of practice. It is rare that you would ever find a true psychic as there are so many phonies out there. But, why take the chance. BTW, the pyschic that I consulted offered her services free of charge. She said she wanted to help me out of my situation. I didn't take her advice and the predictions she made are coming to pass now. Very sad. Stay away from them. Deal with your problems on your own.

God forbid the judgmental. (judge mental?)

Spirituality is born from a personal occurrence with a divine, psychic or mystical experience of one form or another which inevitably connects a person to All that Is/God/Goddess/Allah/Great Spirit /whatever you want to call it.

Religion is second hand opinion of someone else’s divine experience. I think you will find that religions, and especially fanatical religions, tend to separate and divide people, while spirituality brings people together.

Thank God that Spirituality is on the increase!

For those who are ready, no explanation is necessary and for those who are not, no explanation is possible! http://www.psychic-junkie.com

My Heavens lady! Such reliable words from a God-fearing lady! if it quite is the case, there's no longer something to worry, and you probably did marry her son. sounds like your faith is somewhat vulnerable to be terrified of her, and to lose your sanity? isn't that somewhat reliable? Methinks the lady doth protest too lots. Did you attempt to proselytize and she or he rebuffed you? that isn't the loving kindness i could equate with the father and His Son. this may well be His thank you to tutor you the thank you to advance in loving kindness. If she delivers a examining basically turn her down.
