No, imho the tank is a bit overcrowded as is, but besides that the angel would most certainly eat the shrimp.
If you were really dead set on adding a shrimp species to your tank you might go with one of the medium sized filter feeding species such as wood shrimp ( can't remember latin name )

good luck

Angels grow fairly large and a ten gallon tank is a very cramped for them, so it's not a good idea. In a larger tank Angels will absolutely eat ghost shrimp, when they get big enough.

To answer your question, yes angel fish and ghost shrimp can be kept together.

However I would not recommend adding anything else to your tank. Even one angel in a 10 gallon tank is pushing it as angels get fairly large.

Red-tailed sharks don't help with cleaning and they will attack your other fish. Sharks are aggressive and territorial. Your platys would be shredded by the shark. You should be fine adding some ghost shrimp and they can help a little bit with algae and leftover food since they are scavengers. Also, just an fyi with platys and other live-bearer fish, they are more prone to getting ick and they also like a little aquarium salt in their water. The gourami likes salt too.

Ghost shrimps can live with any other species, as they eat off the floor of the aquarium whatever morsels they can scavenge.
Angel Fish usually live in small groups. They eat algea, worms, shelfish, and sponges.
Guppies and shrimps co exist very well.
