Can you play your CD/DVD using WMP?

If your WMP/Itunes can read the cd/dvd and it is playing it but no sound is coming out then maybe you didnt connect the audio cable from the CD/DVD rom to your motherboard.

If your system cannot read the cd/dvd means your disc is spoilt

Maybe your I/O setting had been corrupted. Try test the CD on other computer. If ok, mean your computer system files had been corrupted.

Format the computer. Or use other player (software).
