How would you estimate a residential, metal roofing job?

Looking for someway to ballpark a roofing job without involving a contractor.

On a low pitched roof, mutually with you've, the metallic roof is a a lot more beneficial determination. Shingles are not meant for low pitched roofs. A metallic roof with a pre end or galvalume end will very last 50 years or more beneficial, I doubt the shingles may very last 10. work out the Square meterage/yardage of the roof...lengtgh times breadth...phone a roofing steel supplier & get the cost of materials... guestimate the time to do the job multiply by an hourly rate add the costs plus the labour....answer should be a huge amount.....LOL
