It is safe to pluck any hair. I would not recommend trying to do your entire neck in one fell swoop. You do create a risk of infection by any skin damage. One hair will do little to decrease your "safety", but multiply that by a few hundred and you're likely to cause problems. The more hairs you pluck, the more you increase your "lack of safety".
Now consider the pain involved in plucking a hair. Multiply that by the number of hairs you plan on plucking. Consider plucking a hair an "irritation", and do the math.
You've seen actors with very bumpy complexions? You seem to have the skin type sensitive to bladed razors, and are headed for the same fate. Have you tried electrics, including micro-screens? Give them a try, then head for a dermatologist.

Sure you can do this but it may sting..can i make a suggestion. I want to tell you about the best razor ever which is the Venus shaver for women..its so good my hubby the former Marine current bad *** Army guy loves it too! Skintimate shaving cream is great because its soo soothing(i shave all over..well i am a girl lol) but still. Cocoa butter is great after to soothe those red bumps and stuff you have. The best thing ever that you could do that would change the the red irritated skin for good would be. After you take a hot shower and your skin is nice and warm..your pores open up..then put on the shaving cream and then shave! Never just throw water on your face and shave. Hope this helps. :)

Instead of plucking and waxing, threading etc., why dont u try bleaching them??
Get a good facial hair bleach & do the needful.
The hair will merge in with yr skin colour and will be less noticeable. Try.

I've plucked facial hair myself, but the benefits aren't really worth the pain. Eventually, it will grow back anyway, so you might try to find either more effective shaving lubricant or better razors, whether they are straight edge or electric. Women have their curses, and we men have ours! :-)

You pluck a chicken... you TWEEZE your hair. And YES its fine. Stay as close to the root as possible and pull in the direction of the hair.

it is safe but i would imagine it hurts too. there are some male products that are like Nair that remove facial hair. try going to target, walmart, walgreens or something and look around in the guy grooming section.
