I'm not sure how serious the injury is, but it could mean trouble if McNair isn't leading them. I guess they did win the Super Bowl with Trent Dilfer at QB one year so that just shows what a great defense can do.

If McNair is not in the lineup it would mean disaster. Kyle Bowler is a clown. He is plain awful. After being in the NFL for several seasons now he still looks just as bad as he did in game 1 of his rookie season. He came into the game today and it only took him 10 minutes to throw an interception. The Ravens will have all defense and no offense. McNair comes back I give the Ravens a shot at making the Superbowl, if not toilet Bowler wont get them far.

Most likely, it will depend on how severe the injury is. He got cleated in he palm of the hand and currently, it is not known if there's nerve damage or if anything is broken. If he can hold a football, will he be able to throw it?

Yes, a few years back they did win the SB with Trent Dilfer but their defense was alot younger and faster back then. I don't believe that Kyle Boller will be enough. I would predict that without McNair the Ravens will probably lose in the divisional round and if not, they will not beat the Chargers. Even if they get into a shootout with the Colts, I don't believe that Boller will be enough.
