Words containing no vowels include Q.T. (as in "on the q.t.") and DJ.
Both are official words, but they are acronyms. I don't believe there exists any (non-foreign) words that aren't acronyms that contain no vowels.
Cwm, as mentioned by a previous poster, is another non-vowel-containing word, but I think that's welsh. As is crwth.
Let me know if you think of others.

There are no words without a vowel in it.
Unlike a, e, i, o, u...which are di vowels of course,
words like:
-cry
-sly
-ply

the letter Y is not a vowel. A, E, I, O, and U are vowels.
so words without vowels would be--shy, sly, fly, thy, cyst, etc.
did you learn that Y was a vowel?

If you mean only proper English words, excluding onomatopoeia, then there are no words that does not have a vowel in it. Sorry.

at the same time as i replaced into 6 years previous, my schoolmistress reported, "There are not any words interior the English language that do not have any vowels. To all of us who can tell me a note with out vowels, i will supply threepence." I raised my hand and reported, "Shhh." The mistress appeared at me very contemptuously and reported, "He thinks 'shhh' is a note. besides the indisputable fact that it is not; that's only a sound that human beings make." some weeks later, the mistress requested the kind, "Has all of us seen a note with out any vowels yet?" yet another little boy raised his hand and reported, "My. try. Sky." "No," answered the mistress, "'y' is a vowel there. yet i will furnish you with threepence besides, because you've been wondering." after all those years, I *nonetheless* imagine my get at the same time replaced into more beneficial than that different little boy's. i choose MY THREEPENCE!
