The resolution is Resolved: The actions of a company ought to be head to the same moral stardars as those of an individual. (this may or may not be the exact wording of the actual resoltion.)

Please exuse my typing. The word "head' is supposed to be "heald". oh, and by the way, this is the Montana Resolution.

wtf is this?
simple restatement: actions of a company should be up to the same moral standards as those of an individual
simple answer: individual which one (companies should be as moral as a porn star?). then again big business is all about deceit (they have none, and most wouldn't know how to work with them) take the hp scandal or enron.
