i keep dreaming that i'm either swimming in the waves, or a tidal wave comes all the way up the beach and into the streets. Does anyone have dream books or know what this means?

yes, it is scary all the time. I always feel like there is nothing I can do because the ocean is so powerful. You can't control the currents, ya know?

i am going to't tell if you're lady or no longer. Dreaming about flowing water many times has to do with a lady's menstrual cycle. Water, or any fluid it extremely is flowing/overflowing is a uncomplicated image for menstrual blood and would ensue today earlier to or in the time of a lady's era. Water could also represent the subconscious and thoughts. A flood, huge wave, or wall of water can represent an advance in subconscious potential or overwhelming thoughts (sexuality, concern, or anger) Waves are uncomplicated pictures contained in the 0.33 trimester of being pregnant. there are a large number of ideas to interpret desires. in many cases that is more beneficial significant for the guy to have the wants to really study what's in them and what the symbols propose to them in my opinion. imagine heavily about what you're seeing in those desires. Write them down. Take each and everything aside and relate it to you. you're being despatched some type of message. in effortless words you may discern out what that is.

Do you remember if it was pleasant or unpleasant? I always can differentiate the dreams-- and what color was the water? was it dark and menacing with breaking frothy waves, or was it crystal clear sky blue- almost mesmerizing--
The dark side - you are facing some enormous issue in your life that you feel overwhelmed by and can't deal with it.
The light side- you feel accomplished, happy and content - time to enjoy life.
Put a notebook near your bed with a pen-- as soon as you wake up THINK and then write down what you remember--you would be surprised how much more you remember immediately and how clearer the picture is to you...... pleasant dreams.

I used to dream about the ocean for a few weeks and at the time, I was very lonely and isolated from my friends. Normally, we feel small in front of the sea, so your dreams might be an indication of loneliness and disorientation.

I had recurring dreams of the same recently! I had asked a question on Yahoo Answers to find out if anyone can depicher or interpret my dreams of water. I believe our dreams mean that when we're not in control of our life and feel stressed out. I'd like to find out for sure.

Just a suggestion. Do you feel like there is something enormous in your life that is out of your control? How do you view the ocean? I think you will find the answer in how it makes you feel and then look at things that are going on in your life that give you that feeling. Hope that helps

the meaning of dreaming about the ocean varies according to the details of the dream.
a calm beautiful ocean is an omen of well being and abundance.
a stormy ocean means you will have to gather all your courage to overcome some difficulties.
now, if you are swimming you have to take into consideration the status of the water, clear? clean? dirty?
swimming in clean water is an omen of good things, dirty water is the opposite.
hope this helped you!

well i've read that dreaming about water is related to sex, but the way the tidal wave comes up onto the street--is it scary, or no?--might mean something else, depending on how it feels when it happens.

You can control them in your dreams, you just have to practice..
and ocean/water is both the beginning of life and a conduit...is it time for a change in your waking life?
Sweet Dreams, and when they give you waves, body surf!

do you drink anything before going to sleep? it might mean that you need to use the toilet or it might mean that you are as free and experienced as the ocean.
