To my knowledge no vintage celebrities have every been "centerfolds".
The closest you get are:
Dorothy Stratten - Buck Roger in the 25th Century - Playboy
Suzanne Sommers - Three's Company - Playboy
Barbie Benton - A great number of television shows - Playboy
Dian Parkinson - The Price Is Right - Playboy
Pamela Anderson - Home Improvement - Playboy
Carmen Electra - Baywatch - Playboy
But I am sure there could be more.
Jenny McCarthy - Assorted shows - Playboy
and
Julie McCullough - Growing Pains - Playboy
Burt Reynolds does not count as he was not a true centerfold and he is not truly nude.
Other celbrities have done nude pictorials but none have done centerfolds.
