What do consequences have to do with it? I pretty much say what is on my mind, but then again, I am happy with my job, and I have some empathy for my bosses and peers.

I'd say what I normally say... but in a less gentle, teaching kind of way... "You are being a mean, manipulative bully." Funny... she'll take that from me... I'm not sure why...
