Basically the features and such.
i.e. on the newer models, the camera is better...lighting and mega pixels and such and more network dependant fuctions.
i.e. (PTT) push to talk, thats cingular I believe
expandable memory on the V3i and iTunes
stuff like that.
The best? Just depends on what you want out of your phone.
I just got the dark pink one from T-mobile the other day and its pretty cool!

don't forget the moto V3i D&G they are all good phones susceptible to viruses, they come in gray, black for plain janes v3 then all the v3i comes in blue, black, gun metal gray, pink and hot pink auburn, and the newest kizr in glass mirror blue i have all of ther above and love them specially the mp3 be sure you get the GSM and not cdma as cdma is on its way out get the v3i you'll love it, here in china we just got in fire engine red for asia market

Damn, I didn't know there were that many. I know the only diff with the newest one is it plays music like an ipod.
