the teachers at school are soo mean we want to do somthing so bad that they will have to suspend someone. like a un-popular kid that we hate (gary,robbie)

What should you do? You should scrap this plan. Teachers are not usually mean. Sometimes you THINK they are mean because they are trying to teach you things you may not be interested in - but that is their job. And just so you know - they don't get a lot of money to do that job. They usually do it because they love educating kids.
So - what you should do is start being more grateful that you have a place to go everyday and get an education - unlike many children in this world. Bring your teacher a nice card before the Holiday break saying THANK YOU for all you do. That's what you should do! Read your own question and think about who is mean!!!! It doesn't sound like the teacher is the mean one here!
As for being popular. Think about this.... It's nice to be important - but it's more important to be nice!

Speaking as a teacher, I can tell you that there are only a few suspendable offenses, and all of them are pretty serious. I highly recommend you stay away from this plan - it could backfire on you, and a suspension will go on your permanent record. Don't screw up someone's chances of getting into university - especially your own.

You and your friends sound like a bunch of nasty kids. It sounds like you are trying to get this Gary kid suspended for something he hasn't or won't do? That's really mean and nasty. Think about what your doing ... would you want someone to do that to you?

I think you should just go turn yourself in to a delinquent home now. Stop making teacher's lives miserable. It's people like you who need to start early apprenticeship in a trade and have goals laid out early in life. Obviously you aren't succeeding in school.

please dont do anything to the unpopular kid,, next thing you know, you will have kids taken out in body bags,,,,, from a picked on shooter gone wild!! and they might hit an innocent student,, rather then just you and your friends,,,,, if the teachers are so mean,,,,, why not get yourself suspended?

Sounds very immature and negative minded.
U need to be nice to the teacher and she will not be so mean.
Carry her a christmas present to school and try your best.
These years will fly by and u want good memories , not negative ones.

did you ever consider that they are mean because they have to face brats like you all day and they are grossly underpaid for it?
did you ever consider the unpopular kid might just need a friend instead of a bunch of snobs as school mates?

FOOD FIGHT!!!! or the othes like dont do your homework or when your in Gary or Robbies class talk to them constantally or during a test ask for a pencil then say _ it tryin to cheat. Dumb stuff like that.
