how can a nintendo DS lite connect with a GBA?

I assume you want to connect the two so you can play multiplayer with a GBA game in the DS. Unfortunately this cannot be done. As the DS uses a wireless interface to connect to other devices there is no link cable for it so you cannot connect it to a GBA.
