Neocons want santa to deliver tons of coal in children's stockings.........it will increase stock prices!

there's no such thing as a neocon, that's just a name some liberals made up, to counter them being called liberals.
If you're asking if conservatives deserve gifts this year, then the answer is yes, more so than liberals.
Conservatives welcome religion in the public square and in life. Liberals, led by the ACLU are waging war on religion, almost exclusively on Christianity.
Conservatives believe killing unborn babies is wrong, and want to protect their lives. Liberals, support absolute freedom of abortion up until and even including the day of delivery.
Conservatives give about twice as much to charity as liberals.
Conservatives believe in freeing peoples around the world from tyranny and oppression. Liberals don't. They belive in supporting the totally corrupt UN that does virtually no good at all.
I know who I think deserves Christmas gifts this year.
