I have just bought myself reason 3 and have no backgroung in producing music so im struggling?

My main problem is i wanna produce some raw n cool hip hop beats but dont really know where to start.IF u know a website or dvd where i can get some tutorial from that will be handy, if you can personally help it would be gr8, safe

Good music doesn't just happen -- it comes from people who are talented and have practiced, practiced, practiced. You need to do some studying and involve yourself in your local musical community. I suggest that you subscribe to magazines such as Pro Audio Review (see the link below) and practice copying beats that you like. Once you have some skills, you can flash your own rhythms.
