Been so nervous with anticipation and excited about something, that you thought you were going to be sick? What did you do to calm yourself?

Yes, I have. If I feel like that I write in my journal. Exercise can also burn off some of that if you're not too nauseous. It's good to lay off the caffeine too. I hope all goes well!

Yes. I close my eyes, breathe, reassure myself that when all is said and done and this "something" is in the past, I will still have the love and support of my family.

I gave into the emotion and threw up. Sometimes gravity works in the reverse!
