There are quite a few appearance and gameplay differences between the US FFX and the Japanese only FFX International.
Most noteable would be the addition of two dress spheres.

final fantasy x is 4 da us and final fantasy x international is 4 other countries or it has a different language

FFX International? If you mean FF X-2 International, then there are more dressphere, last mission in Yadonoki Tower, and japanese language.
