Demo lenses are clear plastic. NOT very sturdy, and quite likely to pop out. No reason at all that they should ruin your eyes. Unless, perhaps you need a prescription and not wearing the prescription harms you.

no, but they won't look like real eyeglasses. if you want to wear frames just for the style, tell the eyeglass store that's what you're doing and they can get you lenses that have no prescription but look like real lenses.

They shouldn't. If during your eye exams your doctor notes your vision changing you may want to discontinue wearing the demo lenses.

They won't do anything as long as they don't have any power. But if you do need RX lenses that you should get them because if you don't have the right prescription it will eventually mess up your eyes.

Just make sure any eye glasses you wear have RV protection. You are better off not to wear sun glasses if there is no RV protection because it opens up your pupil to more sun exposure.
