It's a bar that has hookas. A hooka is a pipe. I guess it could be compared to a legal bong. You put different types of tobacco in it and you smoke it. The stuff you smoke can have different flavors. I've never actually smoked one but it looks cool. It has an arabian type of vibe.

a hookah bar is a place you can go to smoke out of a huge bong. at legit hookah bars they have a bunch of hookah set up with various flavors of tobacco in them so you can smoke different flavors. in Amsterdam, you can smoke weed in hookah bars. Hookah got it's name from Alice in Wonderland. Hookah was the caterpillar on the mushroom smoking the bong.
