I've seen dresses like that before and I kinda want one, lol. I love love love them with wide, dark-colored belts! Is the length of the dress short? If it is, I'd throw on a hot pair of ankle boots. Brown--to match the wide belt! ;)

A great pair of earrings will help, too. Simple earrings, though, or it'll clash with the high neck of the dress.
