do dong checks when he comes home, make sure its dry. Also look for changes in his routine, and conveniently check up on him. He should only be offended if he is hiding something, and if he is hiding something he will be really defensive about it.

Well, I think you want to be sure, if your spouse is cheating or not, period, do what I did, I bought a couple of those unexpensive digital voice recorders (25 bucks each) and placed them one in her car and another near the phone in the living room, those recorders can record up to 16 hrs or more, and YES I found out she had been cheating on me when I heard a conversation with a friend of hers, is not ethical though, but effective and my peace of mind was way more important that being "ethical" and of course she did not deserve such a consideration. Conclusion make sure you know the truth, if he /she is not cheating your "guilt" will be something "forgettable", living with such a doubt is not living, if not this do something to find out.

You can't. Something like half of all spouses cheat. (both men and women) Unless you REALLY suspect something don't go looking for something.
Marriage is largely based on trust but if you start second guessing his every move, you will soon convince yourself that you see something that isn't really there.
On the otherhand, if you find, emails from other women, or lots of phone hang ups, perfume on his clothing that's not yours, then you may have a problem.
If this is the case, confront him and make him make a choice. Do not let him walk on you. Once you allow him to do this, he will always do this.

First off listen to your gut, then start looking for clues. Is he taking secretive phone calls at odd times of the day or does he not answer calls when your around? Is he absent more? If you can get on his internet account check it out, that's how I found out my man had cheated.

To be honest, there can be signs and the might not be. My hubby would tell me he wasn't doing anything and I believed him. I caught one day trying hook up with a girl, I found out real fast. Things changed from there. I thought he wasn't the type, but if you have that feeling just look to find, don't ignore it until you feel satisfied! Trust your feeling, usually right! Good luck and take care...

Why do you think he is cheating on you?
How is the sex life at home?
If the bed is dead then maybe he has found another bed that is alive.
