If the felony was minor and you were charged w/ it awhile ago you might be able to find a company to hire you. However if your felony involved drugs , or theft you may have a problem.

...and ask the nice people there. The felony isn't going to be an issue for the CDL, but some employers may be difficult to deal with. Tim and Suze can offer a great deal of insight as can Bob. The school has been established since the early '80s, and have been successfully training drivers since then. Many prospective employers have recruited their grads.
Give 'em a shot.
Merry Christmas, and Good Luck.
BTW - Don't do it again!! ;>)

Getting a CDL should not be a problem. Pass the tests and prove you can drive etc. Most companies don't want a driver with a Felony but some will and consider each 1 on an individual basis.

It depends on the felony. But considering the shortage of quality drivers, you shouldn't have a problem finding a job once you get your license as long as you are up front about the nature of your felony.

it particularly is going to be no longer ordinary to get into the business enterprise in case you have a criminal. the reason at the back of it relatively is which you will no longer circulate into Canada with a criminal checklist. i could seek for something community, particularly, i think of it is your in simple terms thank you to circulate into the business enterprise. 10+3 hundred and sixty 5 days truck motive force.

usually when you apply for a cdl they don't ask if you have a fenoly. as for your fenoly you would have to check about your restrictions, such as physical adress or crossing state lines. its up to the company and it policy on hiring.
