what does it mean when one of the pregnancy signs are delay/differences in menstrual period can you please explain it to me

Well, if your period is earlier or lighter than normal but around the time you should get it you may still be pregnant. Implantation bleeding can occur around this time, alot of women can mistake this for their period. I have also heard that some women have their period through out their entire pregnancy. Also, as the others were saying you usually miss your period all together.

Well, usually the first sign or symptom of pregnancy is a missed period. So if you usually get your period every 28 days, and it's now day 34 and you haven't gotten your period, you could possibly be pregnant. Does that help??

It means that most women do not know they are prgnant until they miss a period. Spotting in early pregnancy can be mistaken for a light period, so again some women may not know right away that they are pregnant, i think this is what you mean by "differences in menstral period."
