Since it's a divers watch, blue would fit the "aquatic" theme best, in my opinion.

Depends on if you have a dressy watch yet. If not, go with the black since it'll be more versatile. However, the Tag is a sporty watch, so it would look better with the blue. Do you actually plan to dive with it? I'd check to see how well you can see the luminous hands under water before you decide.
