Tender lump?

Hello

I'm an 18 year old male

and I have this tender lump on my left breast.. it started like a little tender pain and now it's the little lump, I know its not cancer since cancer doesn't hurt, at least not at the beggining or else, so what I think its that it might be a muscle joint because the pain started when I carried a huge vivarium to take my pet to the vet, anyways, if you're a doctor or know a bit about the subject, can you tell me how to distress the muscle? because it's all tightened up, I've just had it for about a week.

Any help?
