Well, that depends on a lot of things! First, where is the pain exactly? How long has the pain been occurring? Is it frequent or just every so often?

If it is just during your time of the month, it could be a few things. I have had pain then and my doctor discovered I have a cyst on my uterus.

Really, if the pain is bad, go to the ER.

Don't risk it. Or at least go to the doctor tomorrow.

I had the same symptons a few months ago. I was told I have inflamation of the pelvic. Nothing that serious! But I know it probably hurts like hell!!! Before you end up making my mistake and raking up a huge hospital bill try this. Go to your nearest drug store and get these pills called Naproxin, the highest dosage you can find. Eat before you take them. If the pain persists you may just have to go to the doctor. Trust me, I know when it happened to me they gave me morphine for the pain, it hurt so bad. Do what you have to though. Good luck and hope you feel better!

When I had pains like that, it was a cyst on my ovaries. Get it checked out quickly! If it's a cyst, it'll go away on its own, but it might come back next month around the same time in your menstrual cycle, and that's a sign of a serious problem.

Good luck! I hope you feel better!
