Yes, DEFINITELY -- I love to light up my home during the Christmas Season -- have every year. I just love the twinkling, the lights, and the scenes .. and have collected Christmas Ornaments/Decorations for decades ... through my Hard Work, College, Military Tours of Duty ... I have Decorations and displays from all over the world.
This is one of the pleasures of my life -- I've worked very hard, and economize ... I also raised as a Long Term Single Parent two disabled children on my own ... and they enjoyed the Christmas Light Displays (for them .. the more the merrier -- and boy, did they want lights!).
Now .. even though I finally became an Empty-Nesting Single Retiree ... I STILL put out a Christmas Lighting Display -- this year though was a bit tough on me (a Cancer Scare), so all I did was the Roof Line, outline the Garage, the Bushes in front of the home, one of the big Christmas Card Displays ... and a few other small path lighted trees.

Yep, only a string of white icicles over the garage, twinkling white lights on a few bushes, 2 lighter spiral trees, 3 lighted snowflakes (also white) and a light-rope at the base of a tree trunk. First time we decorated outside and it was fun! We plan to add to our collection when the stuff goes on sale in January!

Not on my house since I live in an apartment. But I've got lights on the windows.

No, only on the bushes. We also have a train display which is lit up.

convinced, we do have them up. no longer severe, only a string around the gutter and 2 sunshine-balls contained in the the tree. Day after Thanksgiving! I continuously like the distinctive colour lights. also, cup hooks artwork properly to maintain them in position! (in case you do not ideas screwing them into the roof/gutter/wall) Merry Christmas!
