HELP!!!!! Does any one kno how to grind(dance)?

i need to kno how to grind.i have heard of it and seen it but i dont kno wut to do whe i have to dance wiht my bf and our winter formal....HELP!!!!!!

Theres no big need for concern, for most people it comes naturally. Try to avoid hitting the dance floor right away and see what other girls are doing. Also don't try to be to fancy to quick. Just feel the rhythm start moving your hips in small circles and since hes your bf just start grinding up agianst. Don't bescared to get to far up on him. If he knows anything about grinding he will know that you are in control so he should come to your level and help support you. There is no real protocol. If he has grinded before then that will put some pressure on you to perform. I recomend just moving you "bottom" in small circles and then backing into him. Try to push as hard as you can into him, really really hard into his "private area." You know that you are doing it well if he is developing an erection. If you can't feel this occuring or you feel "it" limp you need to start being more creative and grinding harder. If he isn't doing any movement himself and he has grinded before it means you aren't doing a good job but if his hips are swaying and hes bumping you youre doing it right.

Just do what feels natural and feels good- Oh and youve got to be zeroed in on the beat
