Everyone has larger breast then me. Yes i understand everyone grows differently but it seems as tho men look at apperaence more then personality now.

Do exercise to strengthen your chest muscles. Use the machine were you push your arms against the machine(against gravity). This will stimulate your breast muscles, and they will get bigger. When your breast starts to itch that is a good sign that the exercise is working.

The most better way to grow them biigger is the regular oil massage you will find the difference in few days.It is not harmfull in any way and it is natural.

Dont do surgery, Just try increasing your diet, and if you gain wt. in other places, do exercises so you can loose wt. off areas.

taking vitamins certainly does help. you dont even have to do that, just make sure you're getting enough nutrients daily and it should increase growth
