why do people go into a store grab all sorts of crap and act stupid when they dont have enough money?

shouldnt you check and actually see how much money you have before you go to the store and save yourself the ebarrasment and save the cashier the hastle of putting everyting away? Really whats so hard about doing that?

That is because they are hoping that the next person in line will offer to pick up the extra's amount needed.
