eclipse is made in normal ill and has been since it's introduction
the body Are made from steel rolls at the beginning of the Assembly line they are as American as a Chevrolet cavalier which for some odd reason has a lot of parts that are made in japan

so no your not doing a disservice to your country by buying a eclipse i can assure you that the Americans that work in that factory will call it an American vehicle.

Yes. Even if a car is made here, which usually means assembled here, the profits are still going overseas.

its an import, the parent company for it is in japan, doesnt matter if it has a plant in the u.s or not, same as toyota,both are based in japan,and are there fore imports
