The only way that I could say would be to follow her and see if she might be cheating ... Are you certain that she is cheating thats the big question ... Now the answer to the what to do afterwards is what do you want to do ... Do you want to go for councilling or do you want to separate.
I hope that you don't intend on using brut force that can acturally get you into more trouble than good
Be wise be save take pictures if you need to and get out of the marriage ........
Wishing you well SUnshine

The comment "what to do with her afterwards" makes it sound like she is a puppy you just caught fouling the carpet.
If this is the way to speak of & treat her then no wonder she needs to cheat. Maybe she is lookuing for a little respect oe, god forbid, equality. Try treating her better & she will have no reason to stray. She is a person not a possession.

Honestly do you want to catch her? How will you feel afterwards? If she is will you try and forgive her? Do You think its a full blown affair? Or is it just that she has found a person out side of your marraige that she can trust? Have you ever lied to her? By this question Im asking you is it possible that she can't talk to you about your marraige? I hope you manage to sort this trust issue out please go and talk to her. I do hope that your wife isn't in a full blown affair and that she is just misguided in some way.Take care.

How do you know she is cheating...if you catch her then you have to make a decision; either stay or leave. Lots of couples live through infidelity. How much do you love her is the question and only you can determine which road you choose to travel once you confirm if what you think is correct!

It's so easy to say oh if you are cheating get out of my life but really its not that easy. First of all tape the conversations, check the phone bills and hire a pi. if in fact she is cheating.. most likely you are not giving her understanding warmth and tenderness.sometimes if men are with someone for a long time they forget to be tender and romantic and they forget how to make her feel important. usually women cheat for love and niceness men cheat for sex so if you do catch her try to change what it is you are not giving her and yes its your fault. she may have told you but you wouldnt listen and thats precisly the reason why you are being cheated on. but if its happening with her it will happend with someone else my advice to you is to dont accuse and ask her what it is she isnt getting and if you love her you will change it love is sacrafise

My neighbor was genious at catching her cheating hubby.
She got a device from RadioShak that recorded all of the phone conversations at her house. She hid the recorder in a drawer in her extra bedroom, under some old clothes. She caught her hubby talking to another woman while she was away. It was really hard for her to listen to the tapes, but she has solid proof.
Good luck to you!

If there is MANY signs, not paranoia in yourself(think objectively), I would play detective. Once you catch her, don't even approach her and never speak to her ever again. (If there's kids or alimony is an issue, you may have have to pay due to abandonment, and this would be bad advice. In that case, I would get private investigator and once you have proof, then leave and never speak another word to her again.

Hire a private investigator. After you find out she's cheating, file for divorce. If you do anything else besides that, you will probably find yourself in jail.

What makes you so positive she is cheating? If you do not have mutual trust in eachother, than you shouldn't be married - regardless if she is cheating or not.
Our own insecurities are usually what fuels our crazy thoughts of our significant others cheating. So, try working on yourself.
