How to submit my website to search engines in HTML Code? Please help me to?

I already submitted my site to Google via Google's addurl, but i get
only when i type my site name. So please help me.

put this tag
and type the keywords of your website like free email,songs,machines etc and finish with
once you put a meta tag the search engine locates your website with your keywords in its next update.

You can save your website as a webpage format file in Microsoft Word.
