I only saw the movie once, back in the '70s I believe. It was about a boy that was dying of cancer and was taking care of wolves. I have searched everywhere for it and cannot find any info as I can't remember who starred in it or the name of the film.

I guess it is The Christmas Tree (1969) starring William Holden.
I was so small when I saw it but as far as I can remember, a boy was dying of serious disease and wolves were his friends, His father (played by Holden) was a millionaire doing everything for his son but no way......something like that story.
