I don't have any specific tips, but someone asked a similar question recently and someone else's answer linked to a site that I bookmarked. Perhaps it would be useful to you? I haven't looked at it yet (as I also am a procrastinator) but it seemed that it was theories on the causes of procrastination. Maybe by learning the cause you can change it? The link is below.

It depends on how you respond to working to time limits. If you can work to time limits then allocate yourself a job which you know you can get done in the time allocated (e.g. read one chapter in one hour). Afterwards give yourself a reward (a break, a bath, a walk etc), this way you are chipping away at the task and getting a reward as well.

My top tip for procrastination is assess your mood and work to the way you are feeling, if you are really low then only allocate small achievable tasks, if you are on a roll go for it. Chipping away is key and keeping some form of record of the task and the things you have done can help too.

Find some friends to work with that work hard on their own, believe in yourself, and get extra help to jump start your work as a motivation. From here, you'll be proud of how you started and will WANT to finish the task.

determine what you really want out of your life and make it your sole purpose to do just that.

the way i see it, procrastination is a result of purposelessness. you don't have the drive to do things because you don't see them as important and you don't see them in relation to your life goals.

if your life goals are very clear and strong, they cause you to wake up on time and do everything right on time because in your mind, these are the things that make or break your goals.

Set yourself strict time limits and reward yourself for doing things on time (ex: buy yourself a little something, or go get a bite to eat at your faviorit resturant) and if you need too repremend yourself for delays (don't be too hard on yourself, Rome wasn't built in a day ya know)
