+44 is only their side project (of Blink 182)
+44 consist of: Travis Barker (drummer of Blink) and Mark (bassist of Blink)

Another group is caled 'Angels & Airwaves'
thats where the other dude of Blink (Tom, lead guitar) formed in a band

Yes and no. They broke up, but two of the members Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus started a new band called +44. The other former member Tom DeLonge of Blink 182 started another band called Angels & Airwaves. However, when you pull up Blink 182's website it has a bunch of info. on +44

No...Blink 182 members have been in many side projects, and since breaking up, Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus join the band +44.

Not really. After they went on indefinite hiatus, and Tom Delonge left the band, the other 2 guys started messing around in the studio. They got guitarists Craig Fairbaugh and Shane Gallagher, and started a new band: +44. According to Mark Hoppus, the name +44 refers to the international dialing code of the United Kingdom where Hoppus and Barker first discussed the project.

No .. its just Mark from Blink-182's new band. Tom has a new band too, Angels & Airwaves.
