I would give anything to live in the 1950's and early '60's again.
The media can poke fun at, "Leave it to Beaver", "Father Knows Best" "Ozzie and Harriet" etc. but those programs gave families something to work towards and were wonderful role models. There was a moral to every story, that was when society was at it's best.
The automobiles, music, people and life was wonderful then.....

I am a 23 year old married woman. I feel i was totally born in the wrong decade!!! I have views that are entirely old fashioned. I think i would be better off in the 50's.

The 90's. I have always felt like I belonged in the 90's for some reason. I don't know why though.

i would pick the 50's. relative peace (big war was over)...vietnam had yet to come. order still held in society...no chaotic rebellious anarchy yet.... family values still upheld and respected.....good music coming out alon with lots of other fashionable entertainment and culture

50s for me, love the music. It just seems like everyone was more laid back and into family.
