like i know the first one is 2.. then the second is..? and the third? the element Bromine has 35 electrons so would i need to draw 3 orbitals? please help asap

3rd one - 8
4th one - 16

They're not orbitals, they've called electron clouds. If I remember right then if you look at a periodic table of elements, then row represents a new electron cloud in the list of adams.
