I never got a period on my own. Needless to say, without birth control pills, I wouldn't menstraute. My Question is: When I'm ready to conceive, will I be able to get pregnant? I know the pill isn't 100% effective against preventing pregnancy but it seems as though it would be near impossible for me to become pregnant when I finally do want to conceive. Anyone else have a problem similar to mine?

I had a similar problem. I did menstruate, but only maybe once or twice a year at the MOST. I also wasn't ovulating on my own more than that. Your doctor can determine whether or not you're ovulating through blood tests. If you're not, then they will probably start you on clomid, which is a pill that in a lot of cases will make you ovulate. For me, it didn't, and I needed to go up another level to an injectible medication. After a few rounds, (increasing the dosage each round) I finally ovulated, and became pregnant with my son. After the birth of my son, my husband and I didn't bother to use any birth control, and about 2 1/2 years later I became pregnant on my own with my daughter.

on your own, it probably would be very difficult.. however there are pills that can make you ovualte called Clomid.. these work for a lot of women.. might be something you need to talk to your doctor about when the time comes.

Doctors can prescribe medication that brings on periods. So when you're ready, go to your doctor.

Well when your ready to get pregnant, you and your partner shoudl remove all your clothes. Allow the man to insert his penis into your Vagina. After a period of time you'll be pregnant. Enjoy the baby.
