This is also a hypothetical question, and does not necessarily indicate the actual alcoholic content of either beer or malt liquor that is available to me personally. No alcoholic beverages were abused (yet) in the creation of this survey.

3 1/3 twelve oz. beers = 40 oz. of beer. Thats beceause 40 divided by 12 = 3 1/3. However, I don't quite understand why you mentioned 6 %. Are you saying the king cobra is 6% or are you asking how many 6% beers = a 40 oz bottle of king cobra? If this is the case, I need to know the alcohol percentage of the king cobra.

50%, 6 - 4 = 2, 2 is half of 4 so the malt liquer must be 50% stronger

Are you asking how much more percent in ratio...?
In which case it would be 50% more (as 6 is 2 more than 4)
