I lie the song black parade,he has never showed interest unless its greenday ,some of his friends are gothic as well as all types of kids .It is an age music and friends can suck you in .Thats why Im asking?

The band sings about real life issues, one of there hit songs Helena is a song they wrote for there grandmother who died and helped inspire them to start a band but in no way are they satanic.

Music is just that MUSIC it doesnt matter what is in the frecking music. U dont think they dont say it already? and just because they hear something in the music doesnt mean they are going to do n e thing about it. If n e thing music will help your teenager dont limit what they can listen to.
But as far as them i dont know i dont have the album to say for 100 yes or no.

i don't think its good for a 13-yr old cuz a lot of their music is about suicide. for example there new video for the black parade is pretty scary unless you want the kid to turn out gothic i would say no

Nope. actually most songs are about not commiting suicide and being depressed isnt good. a lot of suicidal teens have thanked the band for helping them out of depression.

It's appropriate for a 13 year old, for pete's sake. If you were to ban this child from listening to them, he/she would only want to listen to them more, and would probably go to desperate measures to spite you. Put that in your juice box and suck it.

It's a rock band and personally I love rock so I'm going with yes it's appropriate but you can be the judge of that.
