I am thinking about making that change. I wonder if women really do put make-up and jewerly or not.

It depends to other women. If you want to wear make-up, you can wear it whenever you want. But be sure to put light make-ups not the heavy ones because it can destroy your face... It definitely can cause you wrinkles on the face.

I wear minimal makeup to work. If I'm going straight to dinner or something afterwards, I'll take my make up to the bathroom and put on more after I leave the office. The jewelry depends. I always wear my wedding band, but everything else depends on the outfit and how much time I have in the mornings!

I am 42 and haven't really been a heavy make up user. I always wear basic diamond studs every day as they go with everything and transition well to informal situations and weekends. For makeup, I love anything mineral based. It gives me a flawless look without a cake on feel. Mascara...I have long eyelashes but won't be caught without it. Best advice...only wear what you're comfortable with...you will grow into your style.

It depends on the type of job.
Office, Customer Service, most positions dealing with the general public would be acceptable. Just don't over-do either one unless your job is being a clown.
Working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, probably not. Some manufacturing/production/assembly companies do not allow jewelery to be worn.

I usually wear make up-but depends on to what degree. I'm a nurse in a trauma unit so I don't wear jewelry except for my stud earrings and watch.

Conservative make-up and jewlery truly give you polish. I always wear both to work. It makes you look more professional, more put together. Of course, if your work is physical in nature or out-of-doors, I would say that you really don't need any!

Personally, I get up and do my hair and make up every single day regardless of what I have to do, but I might be alone in this!

it's depends. some women wear makeup, some wear jewelery, and some wear none or even both. it depends all women are different
