be aware of your mind body and spirit. Acknowledge God in every thing and everybody(namaste) this gives you a bigger perspective on who you are. Don't be afraid to forgive yourself for all things holding you in guilt shame and insecurity.Forgive all things that have hurt you. I lived without running water and electricity for one year. This was the major catalyst for my mature growth in mindfulness. I grew a garden, talked to very few people.I read the bible, I made things with my hands. I began to paint in oils, I began to see the systems of the world for what they are and not as a controlling factor on my mind.I began to ask the holy spirit for understanding, healing, peace, righteousness and love. I asked and then I began to see those things everywhere. I am in awe of the beauty in the world. I am in awe of the beauty in me. I listen to the still small voice in my heart. I dare to dream. and lastly.I MAKE ALL DECISIONS IN LOVE NOT FEAR. Oh you are wonderful for asking to know the secret of the infinite!!Bless you!

you'll not believe in it...To become mindfull first you should become mindless....To withdraw anything from mind, all the knowledge you collected, all the thoughts it carries out of that knowledge..Execise is well known .It called meditation...Absence of thoughts and knowledges, while you are aware of yourself...anything else will follow and you'll know it.
