Concentration develops naturally if you are really interested in something. The fact that you feel that you need to develop your concentration, (about what?), implies that you are not interested in something.

Perhaps you need to work on making that something relevant and important to you.

Then the concentration will flow effortlessly.

Watch less TV. All the racket in the world destroys concentration. TV is a major culprit. Many actors on TV never watch the box at all. They just work on it!Doing less is the answer. (and doing it quietly!)

If you need to learn something, and to reach your final destination you need to learn several details of the studied subject that won't make sense until you've studied them all... take learning as a game. Go throuh each step minding that single step only, and arm yourself with patience...

Read books on the eastern philosophies...Zen, Buddhism, Taoism, etc.....it'll be a start....
